For most businesses the default allowance is plenty. But if you push Finn hard — here are the typical cases where you'll want extra tokens.
Every invoice Finn parses, categorises and routes for approval consumes tokens. Large businesses with 200+ invoices per month may want an extra pack.
When employees submit receipts constantly — construction, consulting or service companies — token use can climb. Packs are priced based on volume.
Simple questions are cheap. Complex analyses ("show margin trend per customer over 24 months") use more. Teams that lean on Finn daily may need extra tokens.
Scheduled automations — monthly closing checks, anomaly detection, rule matching — consume tokens per run.

Contact usWe believe your bookkeeping software shouldn't punish you for growing. Instead of hiding features behind pricier tiers, everything is included from day one — payroll, VAT, year-end closing, Finn AI. You only pay extra for tokens when you really need them.
Same features. Yearly (299 SEK/mo) is billed once per year and is ~14% cheaper. Quarterly (349 SEK/mo) is billed every three months — more flexibility, no long-term lock-in.
Every time Finn does something (reads an invoice, answers a question, proposes a bookkeeping entry, approves an expense) it consumes AI tokens. The subscription includes a generous monthly allowance that covers normal use. If you have extreme volumes — hundreds of supplier invoices per month, or a team that queries Finn constantly — you can buy extra tokens.
For most small businesses, the default allowance is more than enough. We always show your current consumption in real time inside the app and warn you before the allowance runs out — no invoice surprises.
We're in early access. The prices shown are indicative. Early customers always get a preferential deal and the right to keep their current price for at least 12 months after general launch.
Yes. During early access you can test LedgerLoop free for 30 days before committing.
You can always export all data in SIE format (1-4) and CSV. Your bookkeeping is yours. After cancellation we keep your data for 30 days so you can still export it, then it's deleted — per our Terms.
