# LedgerLoop

> Modern Swedish accounting software (bokföringsprogram) for small businesses, with an integrated AI assistant named Finn. One system for bookkeeping, customer and supplier invoicing, payroll with AGI reporting to Skatteverket, VAT reporting (MOMS), time tracking, and year-end closing (bokslut) with annual reports (årsredovisning) per K2 (for "mindre företag" / smaller companies). Built by Riza Consulting AB.

LedgerLoop is a B2B SaaS. The product is designed around Swedish rules: BAS chart of accounts, SIE export (types 1-4), MOMS at 25/12/6%, reverse-charge and intra-EU trade handling, AGI on individual level for Skatteverket, ROT/RUT deductions, and K2 annual reports to Bolagsverket for smaller companies. K3 (larger/principles-based) is not currently supported. Finn, the AI assistant, reads receipts and invoices (OCR + LLM), proposes bookkeeping entries, answers questions about company finances in natural Swedish, and flags compliance issues per BFL, BFN guidance, and Skatteverket.

- **Bokföring** — bookkeeping with automatic account proposal against BAS, MOMS handling, SIE export.
- **Kundfakturor** — outgoing customer invoices with reminders, ROT/RUT, e-invoice.
- **Leverantörsfakturor** — incoming supplier invoices with OCR + email ingestion.
- **Lön & anställda** — payroll with tax tables, sjuklön, karensavdrag, mertid, semesterskuld.
- **AGI** — monthly individual-level employer tax declaration to Skatteverket (XML).
- **MOMS-rapport** — real-time Swedish VAT report for Skatteverket.
- **Tidrapportering** — project-based time tracking, absence, OB, linked to payroll and invoicing.
- **Bokslut & årsredovisning** — guided year-end closing under K2 (for mindre företag / smaller companies) and annual report to Bolagsverket. K3 is not supported.
- **Dokumenthantering** — document management for receipts, contracts, payroll slips; linked to verifications, employees, or customers.
- **Utläggshantering** — employee expense management: mobile photo → OCR → approval workflow → reimbursement on next payroll.

## Supported company types

- **Aktiebolag (AB)** — K2 bokslut (smaller companies only), årsredovisning to Bolagsverket, AGI, dividends and fåmansbolag rules. K3 is not supported.
- **Enskild firma (EF)** — NE-bilaga, private/business separation, VAT above threshold.
- **Handelsbolag (HB)** — result distribution between partners, per-partner NE-bilaga.
- **Kommanditbolag (KB)** — general vs limited partner roles, liability and result distribution.
- **Ekonomiska & ideella föreningar** — membership register, member fees, ideell vs näringsverksamhet split.
- **Momsbefriade verksamheter** — small companies below the VAT threshold, non-profit sector, education, healthcare, culture.
